Women's Self Defense Seminars
We want to create a community of strong women that are able to defend themselves in any siutation. We offers these seminars regularly to give as many women as possible the tools and confidence they need to do so. Sign up here today!
Youth Group Self Defense Activities
We often get requests from youth groups to do self defense activities and we love doing them! It helps build the confidence of the youth in our community and give them tools that they can use in life. These types of activities are best with 20 to 50 students.

Parent Coaching Nights

Ninja Birthday Parties
